Financial arrangements

We perform the task required from a cost plus to a fixed price arrangement, depending on the system.Terms of payment are established during the proposal stage and usually require progress payments. Initial consultations to discuss scope of projects are conducted at no cost.

Specifications.

Specifications are established during the early phases of the project, which outline in detail the customer requirements. This prevents unpleasant surprises for both parties during the course of each project.

Schedules.

All projects are tightly scheduled using computer project planning and scheduling software.Regular review meetings are held and detailed progress reports are submitted at regular intervals.

Follow up and maintenance

Detailed operating and maintenance manuals are supplied with the equipment. Service contracts are available for control systems hardware and software.
